My family loves heading to this sandwich shop as we drive into town on Western Ave; it's a lifesaver for a quick pickup before a beach day. The fresh ingredients make the sandwiches stand out, especially my favorites like the turkey wrap and the steak and cheese, and the friendly staff always make us feel welcome.

My cousin introduced me to Bennett's and I have been doing the same ever since. Love there sandwiches. Great for a picnic. You will plenty of napkins as they can be quite messy. Try one and you will also enjoy it

I live in Kennebunk and am familiar with all the restaurants. If you want a 5-star sub with fresh ingredients, great rolls, and fantastic service, stop at Bennett's. This is the best sandwich in the Bunks -owned and operated by the Bennett family. Another endearing quality is the Bennett family's commitment to hiring and retaining local young people for staff. Great community place with a soul.

best subs anywhere. period. best cheese steak and chicken cheese steak anywhere-chicken cheese steak is actually made with shaved chicken-amazing!!!! homemade soda is very good too.

Bennett's is the best kept secret in Kennebunk. Not far from the beaches, but a little off the radar for some people to find. The soft doughy sub rolls take a good sandwich to the level of outstanding! I live in Kennebunk and didn't go into Bennett's until a few years ago. I had no idea what I was missing.
I'd recommend the Italian and the Steak.

Amazing! Their lobster roll is twice the size of anyone's I've had in Maine...and less money too! About 14 for the biggest lobster roll in the world. Their philly-style cheesesteak sub is also better than in philly...again, this one is a bigun too! My husband and I stop every year. Sometimes twice!
