We ordered a variety of dishes and were pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery, with the food arriving even sooner than expected. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and juicy, while the steak and cheese sub hit all the right flavor notes - definitely a spot worth trying when you're unsure what to eat!

Best pizza, fried mushrooms and chicken wings nags so good I drool just thinking about them. If you haven't tried Louis Pizza yet, you are missing out!

Last night ordered pizza, pepperoni and extra cheese, not only was the bottom burnt (the burnt stays on your taste buds after youve tried to swallow it) but i had slices that only had cheese on half the slice...forget about extra cheese

This place has gone down hill badly, sad since they used to be the amazing

last week our family came over for my birthday and we ordered pizza with extra cheese, and we all raved about it, it was so delicious, and our son said that they were going to buy pizzas from you guys from now on...in fact we are getting some today...your cheese is out of this world...thanks for your service...and your wonderful pizza...

There steak and cheese is soooooo good. Loui's prices are amazing. If you want a pizza or a hot sandwich go there there prices are cheap and very good food.

My co-workers and I have ordered from there many times. The staff has always been awesome! Jalapeno poppers are the best..different from most poppers...must try!! i think they switched up their ingredients a bit over the summer..Worth a Try!!!

this place completely sucks!!! dont ever order here. the food is gross and the staff is terrible.i ordered from here 3 times and every time without fail, they messed up the order and the food is gross

We ordered a family deal from them on 10/30/2012. The delivery was very late. We called several times on the status of our order. After we finally got our food, it was cold and inedible. We called back and complained and requested a refund. We were told that they don't do refunds and would write our name and order and place it on their "fridge" and the next time we ordered, we would have that free. We took them up on that offer on 11/15/2012 and they didn't have our note on the "fridge". Now that my integrity was in question, I asked for them to make it right. After a couple of phone calls, I was told that I needed to pay $2 to have my free replacement order sent. I found it odd that $2 is what separated good customer service so I refused. I was hung up on several times and shuffed to other people to avoid the issue that the OWNER didn't want to talk to me. On the last calls, I wanted my original $22.98 back in cash and I'd come to collect. The owner berated me on the phone and only gave the option of taking the replacement order that I didn't trust to eat at this point. I was told to "do what I gotta do man" I'm filing BBB complaints and my word of mouth. Horrible customer service, horrible staff, horrible "policies". Never order from them, it's a disaster in the making.

best steak bombs (loaded) you will find in maine EVER! the service is always friendly as well! right across the street from the police station so easy to find as well!
