I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and wonderful service at Wok N Roll, especially after searching for a new spot since China Eatery closed. While the dine-in area could use some cleaning, the delivery was quick, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly, making it a great choice for takeout.

Their delivery service is horrendous I didn't online order it told me it would be 45 minutes after an hour I called having to call 40 times because they didn't pick up their phone and he tells me oh yeah we're not responsible for what it says online it's still going to be another hour this is at 9:00 at night when I have no chance to call any place else.

And trying for over an hour to reach them and the wind is constantly busy, ridiculous? Have checks online everywhere that we can think of and we cannot find your number to truly need a live person to place an order:(

Was unable to get through on phone. Went to Biddeford location to see if I could place an order for later pick. I over heard a young man say " if we let her then everyone in the parking lot will want too, tell her to go eat somewhere else". We were trying to patronize company in light of the current corona virus issues. But apparently they don't need or appreciate the effort to help out their employer's. There are hundreds of place that are screaming for business. Not only will I never go to Wok N Roll again but will let everyone I know how they treated a regular customer. We were happy to go to a competitor!

we been having it delivered for a couple of years.never enough HOT MUSTARD ,I called to order asked can I purchase extra ,he we don't charge .I said ill take four please.we received our delivery ,9-30-2018 this evening .No blanking Hot Mustard.Forced to go somewhere else.

My friends, family and I have always received excellent, hot and large portions of food from here! Love that it still tastes great when I eat the leftovers for the next day. The customer service is always amazing and they treat us all like family. Love ordering here and love the people!!

Ate here 3 times. Deliver for the first two occasions, which took an hour+ each time to get to me. The last time, I did pick-up and everything was fine.

Bottom-line is, tastes was decent for what you pay. But I suggest you do pick-up instead of delivery.

Food is great. People are real nice. Delivery is provided and if a bit slow is worth the wait. They have never messed up our order

Despite what everyone I know has told me about ordering from Wok n Roll, I decided to order delivery today. They said they would be there in 45 minutes. I said ok, it is lunch time they probably busy. An hour and a half later they call me and say my card number was wrong and that it just came out of oven. I said i dont want it now, my lunch break was long over by now. It was reaching 2 oclock. I ordered it at 12:12. I canceled the order. Delivery is alway slow there

We placed a delivery order before 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon. We were told it would be delivered around 5 PM. The food didn't arrived until 5:40 and we were missing an order of Chicken Fingers. When I called to tell them about the missing part of our order I was given 2 options. I could get credit for them...or I could drive to the restaurant and pick them up, because according to the young woman on the phone they only had 1 delivery guy on duty! Either option meant I had to drive to the restaurant, something I obviously hadn't planned on. Since my food was cold I put some in the oven to reheat and I drove to the restaurant to pick up my missing order of Chicken Fingers. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told the order had just come out, and I was handed the bag with a "Sorry for the mix up." "Sorry for the mix up" doesn't cut it for me! Had I been given a refund for the order I had to drive down to pick up, I would definitely have been more satisfied...but I wasn't offered anything. So I will NEVER order from Wok N Roll in Biddeford ever again.Oh and the Chicken Fingers that had supposedly just come out? They were cold....and I live less that 4 miles away from the restaurant!
