We've had some issues with this BK in the past; short orders, incorrect orders, stale food, etc. As far as I'm concerned, these were honest mistakes. But this most recent experience was nothing short of shocking and abhorrent. My wife was overcharged for a sandwich. When she asked about the charge (politely, mind you), the "manager," Jake, said to her, verbatim, "It's not my fault you're too f**king stupid to read the menu!" This is completely unacceptable behavior coming from someone who is supposed to be in charge. I spoke with the assistant manager, Kayla, the next morning to relay what happened. She was at least cordial and receptive, but during our conversation, she informed me that she is so aware of the shortcomings on second shift that she tells people, "If you're going to come to my BK, don't come after 2pm." I say, if that's the case, they ought to close the restaurant at 2pm. Never in my life have I witnessed such disrespect toward customers from service employees, much less management. We will never again set foot in this establishment.
