Grew up in Paducah can't find this anywhere 2 compare . LOV IT!!💖

I'm from KY, now Texan. I have been here many many years and cannot find any barbecue that can compare to KY's. The sauce is "sweet" in THE which loses a lot of points with me and it's usually brisket. Barbecue should be, in my opinion, hickory smoked pork. THE BEST is at Starnes. A big 5 stars.

Starnes BBQ is so good that I have it shipped to NJ so that my northern friends can know what true BBQ is supposed to be. i being from KY am not impressed easily with just any ole BBQ. only the best is what i will serve to my friends. it has gotten to a point where they are asking me to get it year after year. They are now hooked.
