The food is delicious and affordable, with quality ingredients and amazing customer service; it has become our new favorite spot, especially enjoying the subs and calzones, despite occasional errors, the friendly staff make it a five-star experience, with free delivery and great service from start to finish.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. That thing was so oily it soaked completely through the box. Under the pizza we found a puddle of oil so huge that it could be poured out. I know pepperoni is a little greasy but I've never seen anything like this.

It's not good. It's just cheap. That was the warning I should have taken seriously. The food was undercooked, soggy and bland. Employees weren't wearing gloves or hairnets and the pizza seemed to be extra salty. even though it's cheaper than some of the other places, I think I'd rather spend the few extra dollars just so I can have peace of mind that I won't get sick.

We love the 20 in pizza, it is the perfect sized for a family of four and gatherings. We like that they have more than just a pizza option's, like hamburger's, wings, subs, and the selections in the toppings. I haven't had a problem with there service. When I place my order they do seem rush, but that's all Fast Foods joints. Delivery is free I'm not complaining,

Had a delivery to the Sleep Inn... Delicious pizza... Loved the sauce.. Nice hardy and rich.. Good sausage... Ordered the apple cina minis..omg like a homemade apple pie! And on top of that the price was good! Definitely will order from here when we're back this way!!!

After our order was 30min late I called to check on it and they told me it was getting ready to go out the door and would be here in 5min. after waiting another 20min I called back again only to be told they canceled our order!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Did nothing to make it right. AVOID

The order taker that answers the phone is absolutely incoherent and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, let alone should be operating the first impression a customer receives. NO WONDER JETS pizza is doing a better job. Will not be long until they are no longer in business with this low level of quality.

Very good, good price, nice staff, LOVE anyplace with chesse sauce too!! They could add more sauce but thats my only complaint and I just order it that way now. VERY GOOD PIZZA!!!!

Pizza, not great but very good for the price...I always pick up even though in delivery range because the delivery charge is several dollars. Not that happy with the customer service... yeah they will always get you taken care of, but every time I call I feel as though I am bothering them. They rush you through your order instead of taking their time. Overall... I will order from them again, just wish they would work on being more polite!

After reading these reviews I was surprised. At the Oak Grove Location the staff are always very friendly with me. They also offer a full money back guarantee which I used once out of the 50+ times I have ordered from them.
The pizza isn't the best in the world, but it is competative with other fast food pizza chains. You want brick oven, go to new york or chicago. The prices are excellent and the 20in is a win. More pizza for the same price as other places x-larges.The subs, calzones, and pastas are also great.. but their chicken ceasar salad is huge and absolutely delicious.

Their pizza is great and cheap, but I called to place a delivery order at the clarksville location and the girl i spoke to was incredibly rude and not helpful. Regardless, we still order pizza from them because it is worth it.

pizza is not that good, but their sanwiches and calzones are good. true they are cheap and they have the 20in big texan, but it does not taste good. and their customer service is horrible. they are very rude and not polite at all.

I like Luigi's because its better than the over hyped pizza chains (papa johns, dominoes, pizza hut). Their pizza is really good and cheap. They also have 20 in pizzas which is good for parties. try it you will like it
