Once upon a time, Hayden's was a friendly, tasty, convenient place to grab some food (especially when it's so close to work.) Now that the ownership has changed, it's more like an adventure! You never know what you're up for! Will they answer the phone for your call in order? Who knows! Will you have to wait in line for 30-45 minutes before they even take your order? Your guess is as good as mine! But during lunchtime hours, it's a safe bet that it won't at all be convenient. (Leaving out the good chances you'll get burnt or sloppily prepared food.) I unfortunately frequent this place due to it being one of the only places out this way so I know from too many experiences to count. One time the owner and his buddy walked up and they dropped everyone's orders they were working on to make them chocolate malts, adding to everyone's already absurd wait times.
