The owner and most staff members at this establishment are welcoming, but there are a couple who could improve their customer service skills, such as being more attentive to table needs without prompting. The food quality can vary; on off days, the chicken can be tough and contain gristle, which may not be to everyone's liking. Despite occasional insect sightings, the overall dining experience at this restaurant is pleasant, with fast service and generous portions.
