I’ve never been so disappointed at a Cracker Barrel but first time for everything. Tonight we went in for supper and first thing the waitress told us they were out of 2 things on the menu . We place our order which took about 30 minutes. And when the waitress brought our meal out there was NO cornbread or biscuits. So after waiting 30 minutes for our meal we didn’t get any bread. I’ve

I worked twenty years in food service so I know how it all works ... I’ve had two experiences with the Cracker Barrel in the past two months... Goodletsville Tennessee it was dried up white beans like paste an turnips greens swimming in liquid . Today it was eggs in a basket that was burnt black on one side an not cooked at all on the other side ... waiter set our plates down an asked if everything looked ok !!! Are you kidding me I said no it is not this is burnt she said I’m sorry we have a new grill cook.. First off she should Have never brought the plate out she should have taken it back to get it right .. so then she said she would get me some new ones an so after waiting for my eggs here come the waiter an manager of with new eggs in a basket that were browned on one side an other side never touched the grill... when I showed the waiter she said well to have the eggs cook d the way you wanted he couldn’t brown the other side ... Really over med one side as well done anyway ... I said that is strange I can cook them at home brown both sides an my eggs be on.... It is not that hard !!! Have always loved Cracker Barrel but I’m done with it...
