I can't believe this place has only 3 stars! They have good service and delicious food!

Went there tonight for dinner, they brought my dinner,after a long wait for soup and salad,nobody came and refilled my drink or ask if I needed anything else ,and of coarse I did not get any dessert..waited for 20 min to get a bill ,no one,so I left $15.00 and left.
