LONGHORN STRAKHOUSE IN COLD SPRING ....We were met with a rude, crude, loud, impolite, greeter-hostess who informed us that although much seating was available it would be 10 minutes before we would be seated. So 4 people approaching 80 years old were treated like orphans and dismissed to the waiting area. We questioned as to why we could not wait while seated at a table and were informed that there was a time differential between being seated in the dining area and waiting in the waiting area. This craziness was reinforced by a so-called manager and then by the owner, Jessica. The food there is adequate but not Texas Road House good. We went next door to
O' Charlies where we were treated as guests and not as bothersome impositions and intruders. The couple we were with informed us that they were at this Longhorns the week before and were treated the same gruff and dismissive way by the same greeter- hostess.

I was eating at the longhorns in Selinsgrove, PA. With my sister at least 4 times the week of Christmas. Wow, they had a super great fruit salad and a great potato soup. Best ever at any restaurant.
