Went to Greg's first time pizza and service was awefull decided to go back so glad I did on my lunch break the older server was awesome and the pizza was great keep it up only thing I regret is that I didn't want to go back to work because I was so full

I haven't ate at Greg's for a while because I wasn't happy with the food I had received before. So I decided to try again after a couple years. I ordered my food an first was told told my total which after hanging up with them was $10 more than what my food added up to. So I'm guessing they charge $10 for delivery an im literaly at the most 4 mins away from the restaurant. Then I'm told it'll be about 45 mins. My food was delivered at exactly 1 hour an 20 minutes later. Then to top it off it wasn't hot an the mozzarella sticks I ordered weren't done. I don't complain much an if u look thru most of my reviews they are mostly good ones an im a top reviewer but this is ridiculous

service was terible waited foreverfor our drinks then 30 min. later our sandwiches camealso some bonless wings that was un eatable then about 40 min later our pizza came a deep dish pep. not very good

i have told people for years that this is the best pizza in the world. after tonight i probably will never go back. when i got there we ordered an appetizer and 2 sodas. we did not get our sodas until the appetizer was ready. then i had to ask for plates and forks. i then asked another passing waitress for straws. i was then finally able to order my pizzas( i loved this pizza so much that i always order 2, 1 to eat there and 1 to take home) i ordered 2 large pizzas with sausage, pepperoni, and green peppers. a while later my waitress brought a pizza to my table. it was a medium sausage pizza???? i pointed this out to the waitress and told her that my pizza was a large sausage, pepperoni, and green peppers. a little while later the waitress brought another pizza to my table. this pizza was a large pepperoni, and green peppers(i guess the sausage was on that other medium). at this point i skipped the waitress and went to the counter to tell them my problems. a man then retook my order. a little while later i finally got my pizza and it was correct. i was extremely disappointed in the taste. they must have changed their sauce. i had driven 45 minutes for the sole purpose of eating this pizza. we ate it and went to leave. i got my pizza to go that they had fixed. guess what, it was the second pizza that they had brought earlier with some cooked sausage thrown on top. how can these people run a restaurant this way?

The wings are great, the best wings in town and great pizza.
