The service was efficient and the subs I had were absolutely delicious. The staff members were extremely welcoming and made our wait enjoyable. The Philly cheesesteak I tried was better than I expected, although I prefer it without lettuce and tomatoes. The Berry tort we had for dessert was tasty, and the friendly service made the experience even better.

Great food delivery was fast and food was hot like fresh from oven would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some great food I was highly satisfied.

This is my go to place for ooey-gooey, cheesy, greasy comfort food. I've never had a bad experience here and the staff treats everybody like they've known u for years.

I Really love there pizza and side Dishes so much that if I could I would buy them all the time but going out to eat on a regular bases .Is to much money to eat on instead of paying on your bills to keep a roof over your head .

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STEAK SANDWICHES. I HAVE THEM PUT LIGHT PIZZA SAUCE, MUSHROOMS, ONIONS & BANANA PEPPERS...LIKE EATING A PIZZA ON A BUN. OH, I FORGOT THE GARLIC LETTUCE...MAKES IT GREAT!

Good food! Sub's are the bomb! but the price is to high for the amount of food you get.

While traveling through KY, we decided to stop and have a bite in Hazard. The ham/cheese on bread was pretty good, but our "hot wings" were little balls of pre-frozen, pre-spiced chicken, nothing like the "meaty wings dipped in our spicy bbq sauce" promised by the menu.


The food for both people was brought out on one plate/basket, and, when I asked about that, the "server" told me "I just cook the food, not figure out who's supposed to eat it".

Subs are about 5 inches long for a "whole". The sub and wings were both lukewarm, at best. The "chef's salad" was the same temperature as the chicken, not good. We didn't eat half of this food and, when we asked about a refund, we were told, basically, too bad.

Hopefully someone from this chain will take a look at their Hazard, KY store, because the food, and the help, needs improvement.

Too expensive for what you get - the food's not bad.....but for heaven's sake, it's a restaurant in a gas station! Food should not be that expensive at a place like that!!!!
