Giovanni's in Paintsville has new owners now, and their pizza is absolutely delicious. I had the pleasure of trying their pizza, steak sandwiches, and calzone, and every bite was satisfying. The cozy atmosphere and tasty food made for a memorable experience in the heart of the Appalachian hills.

Was pleased they delivered! Delivery man was very nice! On time, a little before expected, which was great. Antipasto salad didn't have items to match the price, sparingly with the cheese, toppings. Baked spaghetti, was small for the price and no meat, or we couldn't find it. The food was good, but we were starving, if I ever have been. Spaghetti had a strong tomatoe taste like Chef-boy-rd.
We will order again, were shutins, delivery was great. I'm going to try pizza next time. Nothing anywhere is value anymore, everyone charges to much and gives very little.

I don't know when or why Giovanni's changed their pepperoni but I got a pizza today & the pepperoni was tasteless! In addition the pepperoni was very thin & there was hardly any of it on the pizza, you had to search for it. We were very disappointed

not everyone has the option of ordering online can't get a call through on the phone to place an order got tired of hearing the recording 100 times new owners not a good first impressing on trying to place an order finally gave up and ordered from another pizza place seems like nothing has changed very disappointed will never try to order from them again

Newly remodeled,clean with terrific food made from great ingredients. Well worth the wait for fresh made food with no nasty pre made taste. I guess that's why they're the Best Between The Lakes for so many years!!!

The food is terrible,the owner/cashier is extremely rude,and the place is just nasty.Do not waste your time and money.
