Excellent, friendly service; a quirky shop with a large variety of excellent baked goods

Gave this place two opportunities to pass muster; they failed miserably both times. Since I'm not a resident of downtown, when I came through the doors, I was treated like a bastard at a family reunion. I was "approached" by the person behind the counter, who begrudgingly took my order. Tried to lighten the mood by making small talk...until I realized I was the only one doing any talking. Note to the manager: you need to treat your customers with a little respect. I won't be back.
