my family had been ordering cookies weekly at the Richmond location. we usually order 8 cookies at a time. this is the 3rd week in a row that the cookies are wrong. it is becoming a big hassle to return twice every time we order. we also made a larger order last week of 30 cookies. despite ordering hours before pickup, the cookies were not even started when we arrived at our assigned time. due to the poor service it looks as if this will be our last week. we will check out insomnia next week instead. huge disappointment 😞
