Went to Popeyes today to get big box 2 pc meal I saw on tv. Went to drive thru ordered 3 big box. Waited awhile expecting to be asked what sides I wanted. Finally spoke up and girl said I'm still looking for the chicken. She didn't ask dark or white she just put in white. Really didn't know there was a choice thought it would be dark. Would have preferred dark on one. Told her what sides , potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese for 2 and fries and Mac n cheese for the other. She ask you want me to add on fries. No Mac n cheese and fries for the third. Went to the window, paid looked at my receipt and I ask her do you have to pay extra to get Mac n cheese she said no I said you charged me extra she said oh, I don't know, I just push the buttons I didn't mean to! You think they would train employees to know the menu better. The real disappointment was getting home and no fries. And yes they were listed on my receipt

Cannot go for more than 2 or 3 day's with having a couple.

I don't want to think it is just me. Two times now I have had my order messed up. This one just happened on a take out from the inside counter. Ticket number 13299. Should have been pretty easy to fill. Two orders of the Classic Chicken Sandwich, Beans & Rice and a drink. After a 40 minute wait my name was called, and after asking "where is the rest of the order of beans and rice ?" I was assured by the lady at the counter that the order was there, and in the bottom of the bag, Guess what ! After taking out the sandwich when I arrived home. Not there!
Here is my suggestion: You need a Manager / Leader to organize the Inside Register Order line and Customer Waiting line. People coming in don't know where the ordering line ends or where to wait for the order. Have someone assembling and filling orders IN ORDER of their wait time. Use a numbering system if necessary. You can't keep using BUSY as an excuse, to continue down that path you won't be!

went through drive-through order the 8 piece chicken tenders biscuits and fries and two drinks the drinks were really good and tasted great the food sucked cold food call biscuits soggy cold fries bad meal would not recommend

For the Popeyes experience I have traveled to the Popeyes in Lexington, ky and the one in Conway, Ar. I love Popeyes foods and can't wait until ours is opened in Somerset, Ky. HOORAY!!!!
