Delicious BBQ with the best sauce in western Kentucky can be found at CopperTop Bar-B-Q. The loaded potato, chips, and brisket are all must-try items on the menu. If you find yourself in the area, make sure to stop by for a satisfying meal with excellent service.

You will not be disappointed with anything you order at Coppertop. The Coppertop Salad with brisket is my favorite all time. Fish is awesome and sides great. Plates are big and filling. Then save room because you are going to want some of Chad's homemade ice cream. I have not found a flavor I don't like. I cannot pick a favorite because it will be the one I am eating at that moment.

I don't know how Coppertop's ratings aren't all 5+. My son and his family, my daughter and her family, my husband and I all choose to drive from Cadiz to Fredonia to buy BBQ. We've had Tripletts, Woodsheds, Heatons, and Johns.They are all good but not near as good as Coppertops. Before you ask, I don't know the owner, his name, nor any of his employees. If you want really good BBQ, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
