I have been a loyal patron of IHOP for many years across various locations, and I must say that the recent experience was a mix of highs and lows. While there were some issues with the order during the carry-out service, the wait staff's friendly attitude and efficient service stood out despite being short-staffed. The food, such as the flavorful Poblano Omelet and tempting hash browns, was satisfying, but the cleanliness of the restrooms left much to be desired. However, the exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness shown by a server towards an elderly handicapped woman left a lasting impression, and I would consider giving the restaurant another chance based on that heartwarming interaction.

My granddaughter and I ate at IHOP in Etown Monday Oct 31st the food was good no problem there. But the waitress we had came to the table to get my bill and money, I gave her a three dollar tip and my $24.00 and while I was digging in my change purse for the .32 cents she took my money and when I gave her the .32 cents she ask me where the $24.00 was and said I gave it to her and she denied that I gave it to her. It was on the table before she came to us. It wasn't in my seat or on the floor and not back in my purse. I told her I wasn't paying twice for our meal.so she said she was going to the manager and she did and came back and said it was written off or something like thso I got up and told the manager that she was lying. She looked at me like sure so we left but this has been a first for me. So to anyone that eats there take your bill to the check out yourself. This may never happen to anyone there but be safe and take your bill to the cash register.

If your going to the IHOP in etown..check your food.Just sent my meal back for hair in the food...After waiting 30 minutes for drinks...always loved the service before..
