The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff at Sim create a relaxing dining experience, perfect for enjoying flavorful sushi rolls. Their attention to detail shines through in every dish, from the delicious Chicken Bowl to the impeccable Cardinal Roll. food delicious. Cant get thru to order on phone. Stays busy, I called 42 times in a row on a Friday starting exactly at 11 at opening time.

Food is always wonderful. Workers are extremely nice. My only complaint is their phone needs to have multiple lines to call in orders. Their phone is always busy. Almost to the point I wonder if they've taken it off the hook.

My husband and I have been looking for a decent Sushi restaurant in E-town for year. Just discovered Sims, and it was delicious. Excellent, friendly service and great food. Place is hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area.

I took a very special date to the restaurant last night 7/5/18 around 7pm. We were seated but ignored. No water, no server nothing. People that came in after us sitting next to us were served. After 15 min or so we just left.
I don't go here often, but seeing the servers look me in the eye and ignore me make us very uncomfortable. we were not drunk. we were dressed nicely, but we are black. Very strange. Place gets an F rating

Moving here from a metropolitan city, I was disappointed to find horrid sushi at some other places in Elizabethtown. When I discovered SIM, via a friend's recommendation, I was delighted!! The whole time I'm eating any of the sushi rolls and sashimi I've tried there, I apparently say "mmmm .... mmmmmm" and a friend pointed it out.. the sushi is so good, my taste buds involuntarily send sounds to my mouth!! I'm a sushi lover and I'm so glad this place exists.
