I had an amazing dining experience recently with friends, enjoying dishes like salmon, steak, and ribs, along with a delicious spinach Parmesan appetizer and a birthday sundae to finish. The service was exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another meal at this fantastic restaurant!

Wow, what a feast we had at Longhorn! The salmon, Flow's steak, and ribs were all mouthwatering. Starting with the spinach Parmesan appetizer and ending with a birthday sundae made the meal even more special. Our waitress was outstanding, and we left with full bellies and big smiles. Can't wait to go back for more delicious eats!

Ten friends just finished having lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse in Farragut. Nine of us rated your restaurant as "TERRIBLE" and we will not return. Only one person asked for a replacement of her steak although eight of us should have. The steak the person returned was so tough neither she nor the person sitting next to her could cut through it even though they both desperately tried. I seldom eat steak so my husband ordered a filet, expecting me to have a couple of bites of the steak he ordered. One bite was enough for me--and he left half of it, maybe two thirds on his plate. The steak was not only tough but had no flavor. The one person whose food was edible had ordered shrimp. The restaurant was not crowded although most restaurants are busy at that time (after church on Sunday). Apparently word has gotten out re the quality of the steaks.
P.S. The server evidently could not return the toughest steak to the kitchen so the manager was called. The manager asked "Do you want us to "recook"? A lot of good that would have done! Then asked, "do you want another steak? Customer re[lied: "Not if it is as tough as this one." Manager: "I'll try to select a 'leaner' one. Do you actually hire a manager that does not understand that a tender steak requires marbling?

Gave it a second chance, overpriced, mediocre food with slow service. Won't be back!!!
