I ended up going back for seconds because we jumped the gun on Thanksgiving pie and devoured it too soon. The I-40 pie was a mouthful with pecans, chocolate chips, and coconut in a luscious filling nestled in a shortbread crust - definitely a flavor explosion worth the trip!
