Today, I enjoyed the crawfish etouffee and fried shrimp plate, and it was undoubtedly the best etouffee I've ever tasted. The quick service and friendly atmosphere made the experience even better, and I appreciated the variety of delicious sides, especially the baked beans and rice dressing. I always look forward to returning, especially during crawfish season, as the food is consistently fantastic and satisfying.
