I'am so livid right now! We visit LTS on a regular basis, and have never had any issues with the restaurant whatsoever. After tonight, I will never go back, and I will let everyone I know how we were treated there tonight! I waited over an hour and a half for my food, My husband had already eaten his. It had came out 45 minutes earlier.<br>
The poor waitress had no clue what was going on with the kitchen, and kept apologizing for it. I asked her to get the manager to come to the table, and she did. I told The very young manager how frustrated I was about having to wait so long for my food to come out when my husband had already eaten, she said well, we're very busy and it is lent time. I totally get that I told her, but I have seen boiled shrimp go by several times to people who have ordered after I had. And I simply just asked her to take off the $19.65 and she said she couldn't do that, she would have to call the owner"¦. I told her to please call the owner. When she returned to the table, she told me that the owner said that either I would have to pay for the food, or they would have to take it back... I said, take the food back! I cannot believe a restaurant would throw away food, and want to lose a valued customer who visits on a regular basis Over $19.65! Absolutely absurd I will never visit LT again!

We eat here often and we always make sure to bring family and friends when there in town, the food is always great.

LTs has some great food, if they can get it right. I ordered a big order to go which consisted of the pirogue dinner, crab cake lala, child shrimp, childs burger, 1 pound of shrimp with onions and sausage, a bread pudding and cheesecake. I pick up my order and get home to my surprise no shrimp. I called waited on hold for 5 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back and they proceeded to tell me that it isnt there fault that THEY forgot my shrimp. asked if I would be willing to come back and pick up. No I'm sorry no offer of at least a free dessert. NOTHING WAS OFFERED FOR ME TO COME BACK AND GET MY FOOD THAT THEY FORGOT. So I went get my food AGAIN and thank god I checked it before I left bc low a behold they put corn and potatoes and no onions or sausage. I will never be back here again and I will never refer them to anyone ever again!!!!

The most amazing and delicious boiled crabs I have ever had. Yes they were expensive but worth every penny!

Ordered a Shrimp Salad and picked up through the Drive-Thru, When I got back to my office I opened the container and it was filled with obvious store bought pre-mixed lettuce and about 6 shrimp in the plate. NOTHING ELSE !!!! I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF. AND THEY CHARGED ME $14.95 AND I HAD NOOOOO SALAD DRESSING. IT WAS TERRIBLE !!

I think the seafood platter was very good and filling. For the persons comment about it not being enough you must not know that price of seafood. It was a great supper. We will be back. The only done point was no tartar but we'll let that one slide. Thank.you.

I was down.from.Pittsburgh pa.for business. First time ever having crawfish.heather was the best.i love the southern hospitality and she is a beautiful lady. Iam down here quite often and will be back.by the way heather are you spoken for u have my card do hope you.dont for fet my shirt

seafood platter was ok pricey for amount of food you get. Service was HORRIBLE!!! also crowded needs more space and better staff! will not be back.
