Stop by today for the first time! Heard it was good. Although ordered the seafood combo and everything was cold as ice except for the shrimp and oysters!! Very disappointed!!! Won't be visiting twice

Horrible customer service! I had missing items and while it was acknowledged, the "manager" refused to rectify it. I paid for items I didn't receive. Renee (said she was the manager) was very rude, unprofessional, and apparently uneducated. Not worth it! Never again!

Went to Charlie's on Thursday June 4th seafood fish and chicken wings both were too greasy and fried in old grease the guy at the window had a very nasty attitude he wasn't friendly at all and the food was too overly season seems to have been soaked in the seasoning for days. the fries very greasy, fried rice dry wasn't very good we left way from another city to come there because we had heard about charlie's. but it was really bad fry food. needless to say I won't be going back.
