The fried chicken at Rachael's Cafe is incredibly delicious, and the baked sweet potato was just perfect. The seafood selection is impressive, and the stuffed peppers we bought to cook at home were a hit. The gumbo is a must-try, and the Chicken Fried Steak is a personal favorite of mine.

I love the Chicken Crispy Fried Steak (they make themselves) , served with fresh green beans (not form a can) and mashed potatoes are made with fresh potatoes (not instant) . Brown gravy over mashed Potatoes and White gravy over steak.. DELICIOUS!

I have to have my Rachael fix at least once a week. My go to is" fit meal "with grilled chicken, coconut sweet potatoes and roasted beets. OMG, it is to die for .
