If you're heading to Louisiana, the cracklins and boudin balls are must-tries that my whole family loves. We often drive several hours for the delicious fried treats, and the service is friendly, even if there's a line. Each visit leaves us excited and satisfied, as the flavors are always on point!

I stopped today and got a little of everything. You will not be disappointed. I live 3 hours away and I plan on going back soon. It's worth a trip. The pickled Okra is the best I've ever eaten.

Billy's is the best but the last 2 times their boudin was very inconsistent once way to salty the next time was way to salty and peppery I wish that they would stay more consistent! And at $30 a box is not worth the chance!
