HI

Will start with loved Klavons in Rives Junction, and have not had to many problems with the one in Vandercook, but the Mason store has been terrible.
on 2 different occasions called and ordered was told 35 minutes. Ok that is normal. First time it was a 50 min wait. an extra 15 min ok can understand a little bit.

On the 2nd occasion was told 35 min again. Gave them extra time. showed up at 45 min drive up line so long I went inside to pick up instead. Asked at counter she went and check said it was going to be another 5 min. Well that was 50 min again. When told 35. But it was not ready in 5 minutes. Stood there watching 8 music videos (music videos are 3and half minutes long x 8) So gave them 45 minutes before showing up and then still had to wait 28 minute in store. A manager brought pizza out. said sorry they are busy. I told her understand busy just be honest about how long it is going to take and don't have your girls at the desk say just 5 more minutes when it isn't going to be. Told manager that feel that I was totally being lied to and I wasn't the only one in there. (several other people wondering where there order was). I told her I would not be coming back.

Manager called me later that night and offered a refund on my order and a gift card for a total of $50.00. Would be emailed to me by Tuesday of the next week.

Gave my email address. Well that was another lie. 3 weeks later and still no email.

They do not know how to tell the truth, or give good customer service.
