I have played a machine, for over 2- hours playing 4- card keno at 2 dollars per play, and hit nothing but a 5 number, and 2-6 numbers twice. It's mathematical Impossible to play 4000 times and never get a 7 pay out at least once. As this is not the only time I've played this way at Dotties. These machines are fixed, and the gaming commission doe's nothing.
