I had the chicken burger at Big Max's and it was fantastic. Big Max himself was really friendly, and the sandwich was seriously the best I've ever had! I found Big Max's at the Taste and Sound of Soul Festival, where we tried the hotlink combo with mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was surprisingly amazing, even though it was served in a crockpot. The hot link had the perfect balance of flavor and heat, making it our favorite food of the day. We ended up taking it home because there was no seating at the festival, and we regretted not ordering more - it was that good. I usually like trying new places at food festivals, but I can't wait to go back to Big Max's.
