Second time for to-go order at this place but never felt customers appreciation. I travelled to Las Vegas in a trip and found this Vietnamese restaurant nearby so I decided to try. I found it awesome for the employees and the place but it was weird only for the waiter who took my to go order. He didn't say hello or anything and kept his eyes on the screen so I thought he was really busy even though it was around 5 tables at the time. He then looked at me without saying anything, so I guessed I shoulda just go ahead and ordered. He listened and then again kept his eyes to the screen continued checking the bills. After around 6-7 minutes and he just gave me the bill without saying anything, and I asked:" Do I pay now?". He just nodded his head. It was my first time. Next day, I gave it another try. Same guy, same attitude and no conversation so I guess I should write something down. Food was okay(4.0 stars) but I couldn't feel the appreciation as customers who paid and tipped for the food and services. Don't do it to your customers man.
