Our initial experience at Emeril's was underwhelming due to slow service, but the situation improved significantly when the general manager intervened, and we received complimentary appetizers to celebrate our wedding day. On our subsequent visit, the service was exceptional, with multiple staff attending to our larger group, and we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, reaffirming our fondness for this restaurant despite some inconsistencies in previous visits.
