worst idea to get a menu up horrible

My family came into town to visit me and I suggested to go to Weggie's for a late breakfast. We are a party of nine people. Worst idea Ever!!!! First of all we ordered drinks like normal and then ordered entree's like normal, (here's where the issues started.....) for those of us that ordered coffee, the cups are tiny and that normally won't be a problem, but getting a refill was next to impossible. We asked for coffee and was told in a minute that she had other tables. We waited patiently and when the waitress had to replace a soda due to it only being carbonated water, did the waitress bring a pot of coffee with her on the return trip....no!! I grabbed the cups and went to the bar and asked if there was ANY coffee in the building. After getting the second cups of coffee myself, our waitress disappeared. We waited patiently and drank our drinks completely gone before we ever saw our waitress again. In her absence the busser bought out some of the entree's, she didn't know who ordered what, and with the mask on her face we couldn't understand her. She was just standing there holding plates cause she didn't even know what was on the plates. I heard, "my eggs are hard as a rock." and another said, "mine are cold." I ordered a burger and it was completely raw. I did not order a E.coli burger. Worst experience I EVER have had in my life, at any restaurant. If I could have chose a zero stars review or a negative 5 stars review, I would have. Very sad because I will never take anyone there again. I was so embarrassed for this being my "great idea". I stated to the family not to tip anything and that I was going to write a honest review, but my family gave a great tip anyway. I asked the family if anyone enjoyed their food or the service and it was unanimously NO!!!! When I was a waitress I loved the large parties cause they tip the best. I would have never disappeared on a party of nine for over a half hour, and mess that large of a tip up. If my family would have let me take that tip back, I would have. After all I had to get coffee refills and condiments. Never going back!!!!!
