It pains me to leave a bad review for this business because it was by far one of my most favorite sushi spots. I am not leaving a bad review on the food because it is DELICIOUS but the interaction with the employees ruined my experience here and will not be returning after being a customer for years. We had placed a take out order for 8 rolls and the total came out to about $140. The issue was when my husband came home and we only received 7 rolls (this was not the first time we had missing rolls before). My husband called to let them know that we only received 7 and that we would be on our way back to pick up the last roll that we paid ($18) for. When I get there, the lady immediately knew what I was there for and tried to convince me that everything was there. I explained that we were missing one and she had a younger girl explain to me that it was double checked. The girl was extremely rude and condescending, like I didn't know how to count and she assured me that they weren't in the wrong. When they place take out orders, they write the names of the rolls on the containers. The girl was becoming even more aggressive with me when I kept telling her that we didn't receive a certain roll she continued to argue with me that it was there. Finally I had to call my husband to send me a picture of the rolls we received, all still unopened so that I can show her that I wasn't lying. The young sushi chef behinds the counter had a disgusting attitude this whole time and you can tell he was getting riled up and was talking his crap in the back. Upon receiving the picture, I gave the lady my phone to view the image and she's zooming in to the picture to read off all the rolls, realizing with the most intense expression that THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND IMMEDIATELY made the roll. They did apologize but it wasn't until she made herself look ridiculous. The lady then handed me the bag with the missing roll and then told me "next time you check before you leave". Sorry, but your job is to double check to make sure I leave with what I ordered in the first place. Haughty attitudes make you lose loyal customers.
