A friend and I ate lunch today at Giuseppe's on Horizon Ridge Blvd., in Henderson, NV today. We both were very dissatisfied with our lunch. We ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce. Spaghetti with meat sauce is not on the lunch menu, but they have it on their dinner menu and I have had it before for dinner and it is very good. The waiter said we could order it which we did. A few minutes later the waiter came back and told us we would have to pay $3.00 extra for the meat sauce whichever we did. Neither my friend or I like meat balls. When our food came it was luke warm and the meat sauce was not good at all. Nothing like the meat sauce I get on spaghetti off the dinner menu. We told our waiter we were unhappy with our food. He said he talked to the manager about our food not being warm enough but that was it. It didn't seem to bother him at all that the meat sauce wasn't good and paying $3.00 more for the meat sauce. We will never go back to Guiseppes to eat again. Customer satisfaction is very important especially when there is so much competition. Myself and my friend are very disappointed that it didn't seem to matter to our waiter that we were not satisfied. Most restaurant's will offer to,bring you something else to eat ot make some sort of compensation. We were offered nothing. Signed a Very unhappy customer!
