Service was horrible, ordered a skillet, was all onion, had coffee guess your only allowed one cup because that's all I got

My wife and i ordered patty melts and they were overcooked and dry-just terrible.Additionally, we had purchased a restaurant.com gift certificate online for the Peggy Sue's Diner in Mesquite, Nevada and they declined to honor it. Poor customer service and even a worse business decision. Their manager embarrassed us in front of customers and did nothing to positively rectify the problem. They willfully cheated us so be warned they may do that to you too!
