Big City Pizza is our favorite spot for ordering pizza simply because it's so close by! I like that you can place your order either over the phone or online, and the option to customize your pizza crust is a nice touch. The "Chicago thin" pizza we ordered was fantastic, especially if you prefer a thin crust, and the manager going above and beyond to ensure we got our pizza after a mishap with delivery really impressed me.
