A few nights ago, I enjoyed dinner at a local pub that was bustling with a large group, yet the service was attentive despite the crowd. I ordered the chicken fried steak special and my date had the hot beef sandwich, both of which were delicious, although our potatoes could have been warmer; still, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the welcoming staff, especially Troy the bartender.

Excellent food, value and great service. I have been dining at Patty's Pub for about 15 years and always had a positive experience. (Although my keno numbers could come in more often.) I no longer live in Lincoln but always visit when I'm in town. Tried many of their menu items, including the pizza and prime rib dinner, which are both great. My favorite for lunch is the prime rib sandwich special on Wednesdays. Any other day of the week I usually go for the rueben sandwich. Their reuben isn't made with the sliced "lunchmeat" style of corned beef but is actually brisket meat. If you like ruebens, it is a must try. I honestly can say they have the BEST rueben in town.
