When we got there at 11:40 am (they open at 11:30 am) not all of the lights were on, it was freezing cold. Then the hot tea was luke warm and all the meals were luke warm. Waiter continually reached across entire table when serving meals and had plenty of room to walk around table as there was only two other tables with people in the restaurant, nowhere near our table. And no fortune cookies. Just poor experience overall and probably won't ever go back. I had heard great things, but I guess they've gone downhill.
