Ordered 10 piece combo asked for EXTRA CRISPY WINGS and got undercooked wings and fries. It's sad to see the lack of soul in our BLACK restaurants. This was my first time trying this wing restaurant and my last.

Always a wait. Always overpriced. Always messy and overcooked. This place should Always be avoided. Has gotten worse, and it was horrible 10 years ago.

Worst experience ever! Do not go here! I ordered a 6 piece tender and asked for honey mustard. I get there and they have ranch in the box I ask to get honey mustard and she says 55 cents I said it says it comes it comes with dipping sauce she said yes there is ranch in there. I said I didn't ask for ranch I would like honey mustard please. She goes in the back and tells the cook to give her honey mustard he comes out and tells me he won't switch the sauces out I said fine I want my money back he said it isn't our fault therefore I am not refunding u the money I said how is it my fault he said u didn't ask for honey mustard I said yes I did but she hung up on me. Needless to say I called the police who told me they don't have to give me my money back .I will not be returning here! Always bad customer service but this is the worst yet!! If I could give it a 0 I would! The food there is not worth their attitudes!

Called in a order gave them the 20 minutes like they always ask. Showed up and busy as usual. I have bought here several times so I was prepared for the not so friendly service. Customers seem to be an annoyance in this place. Stood there 10 minutes while my food sat on the counter and my cash was in hand. One girl was busy and the other girl waits on and cashes out 3 people (2 cam in after I did) and 2 phone calls while, apparently I am supposed to be waiting on the other girl for some odd reason. She just cashed out 2 other call in orders. My food sits by the other register as I stand there with my money, she just stands there. So I left my 10 piece on the counter and spent my money elsewhere. Total waste of time.
