The food at Walker's is absolutely delicious, especially the cabbage, chicken and dressing, and desserts. The flavors are spot-on and remind me of home-cooked meals. While there may be a wait due to popularity, the service is friendly and professional, making it a worthwhile dining experience.

Their food USED to be good now its BS who puts sugar in squash? No rolls, no cabbage I called my order in and I wasn't told they were out of these items I ordered until I arrived to pick it up I should have known they fell off since there was only two people in the dining room on the first day of the month this is the last time they'll get my money I try to support black owned business but this one is NOT WORTH MY MONEY #DO NOT Recommend!!!!!

my son buy our dinner Sometimes from there the first was good, the second time I tried the Chicken and Dressing, Yams, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans and Roll. it was good. Today 6/20/21 I Tried the same meal again. There was No Chicken in the Dressing to much sage and no meat burned on the top.
the green beans was not Season like the last times corn breads crumbly ( Jiffy mix) the mac &cheese was okay it will be while before I them again. NO Chicken In The Chicken & Dressing NO MEAT

2nd time husband and I have eaten here. Chicken and Dressing w/ 2 extra pieces of chicken and Chicken and Dumplings on the side, greens, yams, and cornbread. Dressing tasted like someone lost control with either the sage and black pepper or the poultry seasoning and black pepper. Either way (nasty). Greens weren't cut, just cooked. Whole green leaves, like spaghetti and under seasoned. Yams were mushed up like a sweet potato casserole, and the corn bread was crumbled all up. My husband paid $35.98 for something that ended up in the trash. Sunday October 25, 2020

Food is good and plentiful, my his and and I eat here often. The only negative is occasionally it has too much salt, which has improved with the last 2 visits , so this is why I gave it a 5 . Keep up the AMAZING work!!

I've been here before and the food is great, but today for some reason the Hamburger steak was more or less small like meat balls, the rice, mac and cheese, Gravy, green beans were very salty. This restaurant is very nice and clean.The staff are so nice, it's just that today December 19, 2019 someone got very happy with the salt.

If you like down home cooking, the food is good and the variety amazing. The place is spotless and the folks who run it couldn't be nicer. I've been meaning to try Walker's and now that I have I will be a regular.

Best soul food in Arkansas...just like going home to grandma's kitchen. Clean facility, friendly staff and fantastic food all at an affordable prices! If my mom lived in LR I'd take her to Walkers in a heartbeat, and if you knew my mom you'd understand that says a lot!
