During my recent visit, I encountered some challenges with the service, but the manager's sincere effort to address the issue prompted me to give Bagel Biz another chance. This time around, the staff behind the counter exuded a pleasant demeanor and efficiently handled our order without any hint of reluctance. The bagels were a hit, especially with my son who devoured two plain ones, prompting us to plan a return visit in the near future.
