I recently visited the newly reopened Bagels Your Way Cafe and noticed some changes, like a new manager, staff, and updated interior. The coffee setup is now customer-friendly, with a self-serve counter allowing guests to customize their drinks easily. Despite the changes, the bagels remain delicious, and I enjoyed my toasted bagel with cream cheese.

This is the new bagel store next to Thomasonville Furniture in the new shopping center near the Mount Sinai diner! ANYHOW! it is the worst customer service ever I have seen and three other people agreed. We all feel they can't get an order correct and if they do be prepared to wait 5-10++ minutes longer for it to be completed! I found hair in my order which is always the pits! We all can vouch when you do get the order it will be wrong or similar many times! Example, SALT on it when you didn't want it, Cheese on or not on it when you asked, the wrong type of bread etc... This place is a nightmare to the three of us various times and has young girls running the show joking around and not paying quality attention to the order requests with the exception of the RUDE older lady with glasses, not the owners wife she is nice, but the other rude son of a gun! We can all vouch for the fact they change their prices each time you go in there. Each person who rings you up will make up their own nonsense and price each time! We all agree the muffins are horrible! The worst blueberry muffin I have ever tasted in nearly 6 decades on earth! There are a few people who are nice there and TOO many cooks in the kitchen which surely ruins the cake and the service! The nice people working will ask you over and over if you need anything and the other fools helping you or in the back cooking it will be screwing it up while your waiting for it! With all the deli and bagel places around I will never go here again nor will the other 2 people I know who have similar or worse horror stories! Once again, this review is myself and two other people's personal observations of Strathmore Bagels next to the Mount Sinai Diner! The Web mapping shows it near Wunderbar Deli (Go there for REAL food) when in fact this is closer to the Mount Sinai Diner in the Thomasonville Furniture location in the new shopping center where there is a Hibachi Grill, Hamburger Place etc.. as of this date! North withstanding the highway was improperly made and it is Dangerous to get into this frigging place as your traveling east on 347 Nesconset Highway and inside is small with limited seating!
