They pick and choose who they want to greet with excellent customer service! The way that I was spoken to by the manager of that cafe was humiliating and disgusting. As a customer I have the right to express how I feel about the person who would be cooking my food. Especially when I saw that person handling food in a an unsanitary way. In front of other customers this manager had a fit, threw the pen down and flung me off telling me that if I don't like who is cooking my food to go some place else. He repeated that multiple times. Rude, unprofessional, and intolerable behavior from a manager. While I walking out of the cafe he continues to disrespect me while customers are present using profanity. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
