We entered in time for sunset but were not allowed to sit at the table as our table was not complete
I ordered a glass of Prosecco which was tasteless ; I was not offered another glass of sparkling at the same price
An old fashioned came in a small portion compared to the other old fashioned
The wine that we ordered was warm and could not be poured ; it was taken away to be made cold; not returned for quite some time
When we ordered we were told we had to order appetizers and our mains at the same time rather than start with appetizers and order mains a few minutes later
We were disappointed with the the level of service . Our wait person was good but clearly the restaurant understaffed and she could not pay attention to us as one would expect at a fine dining experience . To pay nearly $800 for dinner one would expect more .
The food was good not great; disappointing for such a high end meal.
Clearly we expected more
