Late one stormy night in NY, my family recommended Top One for some late-night Chinese takeout. The name did not disappoint - the shrimp mei fun was a generous portion that left me with leftovers. Despite the bustling atmosphere and occasional yelling in the kitchen, the food was fresh, delicious, and satisfied my cravings perfectly. I'll definitely be returning to Top One for more of their tasty dishes.
