Great, even on weekdays.

Wow, I am literally here now on Mothers day trying to get breakfast. The bagel store is very busy and happy to see as I am a local business owner in the area as well. The owner,(guy at register) is rude Nasty , says inappropriate things to people all the time. I continued to go here because the food is good. Unfortunately the service SUCKS, and inappropriate behavior. I waited 45 minutes for 1 egg sandwich, Unfortunately I asked just to pay for the two other bagels I ordered with cream cheese and butter. With that I got an attitude and disrespectful comments and shoved out the door. After 40 minutes of asking to get the 2 bagels the kid turned around and said I didn't take that order and I was waiting there for nothing. He then came back again and asked what I wanted on the egg bagel , I never even ordered or said that to him. 4 times I repeated my order, and yet I got home and it was all wrong. A simple order. I understand you are busy but if you can't remember it, write it down. I then returned and went to the owner on the side to show him it was wrong, he aggressively grabbed the bagel out of my hand and told me to get out loudly in front of the crowded store and employees. He then wanted everyone to hear his screw up and opened a draw like a big shot and grabbed $10 and tried to give it to me. I calmly said I would just like what I ordered. He then threw a fit and said don't come here anymore. I WONT, and I'll be sure to tell others too. Dude has a serious attitude issue and thinks it's funny with his comments to people. A nice employee then came over to help and properly gave me what I ordered. I respectfully went into store with just wanting what I ordered. Not to mention I visit this establishment every week and order is never right!!! I hope he sees this and realizes that he was wrong. Stay away from this place, owner definitely has issues.
