I used to get takeout from Fireside every Friday night growing up in Plainview, enjoying their delicious chicken and ribs. Recently, my love suggested Fireside for Mother's Day, and we had a fantastic meal of ribs, chicken, stuffing, spinach, and sweet potatoes - it was amazing! The variety of options at Fireside, including the honey wrap and Reuben sandwich, have become my favorites, and I appreciate their healthy menu choices in addition to their delicious food.
