Service was non existent food was ok but very overpriced charging for credit card use is bad business took very long time to get food.....will never go back and will advise others to stay away

Actually less than one star. We went there this afternoon for an early Father's Day dinner, got seated, and not one waitress server, manager, or employee even bothered with us the rest of the time we were there. No drink order. No appetizer order. No greeting, "hey sorry, we're having problems today." Nothing. The couple behind us with 2 small children were apparently having the same problem because in the 25-30 minutes we were there, they couldn't even get a waitress to give them a bill, and then mentioned to us that their entire experience took well over an hour and a half. The place was not anywhere near busy, which makes this even more pathetic. We left after 25 minutes, went up the road to another establishment, where we were immediately seated, served and taken care of. They will be getting our business from now on. Jackson Hall is pathetic.
