Unfortunately this tremendously valuable asset to the South Los Angeles Community is no longer in operation.
Years ago underr the leadership of Pastor E.V. Hill Sr. This wonderful kitchen served breakfast, lunch and dinner to members of the community. It's been a long time since i've been in Los Angeles and today when someone called me and told me they were hungry of course the first place I thought of was The Lord's Kitchen.

I am so sorry it's gone. I volunteered there on a brief occasion and I was able to see first hand the difference that the Lords Kitchen via Mt. Zion Baptist Church was making in the community. Sorry to see it gone. May God continue to Bless the Mount Zion Church and the memory of Pastor E.V. Hill Sr
